KODA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

KODA reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including in cases involving:

- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization issues
- Shipping restrictions
- Unusual order quantities
- Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order
An order is not considered finally accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled after fulfillment has begun.
If KODA cancels an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

You represent that purchases made through KODA are intended for lawful personal or household use unless otherwise agreed by us.
SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by applicable law.
Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed or communicated as required during the purchase process.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, payment, billing, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your order.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, order, location, or transaction.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
KODA currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
Orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on product availability, including our U.S. warehouse and fulfillment operations in China.
As a result, products within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Customers may receive multiple packages and multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
Shipping rates, processing times, estimated transit times, tracking information, split-shipment information, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy:

All processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, fulfillment volume, customs processes where applicable, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Any allocation of title or risk of loss will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents, including text, graphics, photographs, images, videos, logos, brand elements, designs, product presentation, website layouts, and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to KODA, Shopify, or other applicable rights holders.

KODA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are transactions directly between you and KODA.
Shopify is not the seller of KODA products and is not responsible for the products that you purchase from KODA, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify’s own obligations.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify provides the commerce technology used to operate the store but does not become the merchant selling KODA products to you.

If you received compensation, free products, discounts, or other incentives in connection with a review or endorsement, you are responsible for making any disclosures required by applicable law.
We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish Feedback where permitted by law.
